Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1stClassPimp ("the Game", "we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to play. The Game contains fictional depictions of crime, violence, and adult themes. If you do not meet the age requirement, you must not create an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and may be banned without refund.

3. Acceptable conduct

• No harassment, slurs, doxxing, or targeted abuse in chat or messages.
• No sharing of real-world personal information (yours or anyone else's).
• No automation, bots, scripts, or client modification.
• No exploiting bugs; report them and we may reward you.
• No real-money trading of in-game items, accounts, or currency outside our official shop.

4. Purchases

In-game purchases (cosmetics, Pimp Pass, quality-of-life upgrades) are processed through Stripe. All purchases are final except where required by law. The Pimp Pass is a seasonal subscription and can be cancelled at any time from your Stripe customer portal.

5. Content ownership

The Game's code, art, music, and proprietary systems are owned by the developers. Your user-generated content (character name, bio, chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the Game.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. Terminated accounts are irretrievable after 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, data retention in case of catastrophic failure, or that gameplay balance will remain constant.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game and in our Devlog 30 days before taking effect.
