Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address and display name (for authentication)
• OAuth provider ID (Discord) if you sign in that way
• In-game state: character stats, inventory, transactions, chat messages
• IP address and user-agent (for security and anti-cheat)
• Payment metadata from Stripe (never card numbers)

What we don't do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Serve third-party advertising
• Use invasive tracking (we use privacy-friendly Plausible for site analytics)

Your GDPR rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing privacy@1stclasspimp.com.

• Export: a JSON of your personal data, delivered within 30 days.
• Deletion: full account deletion within 30 days. Chat messages may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve other users' context.

Data retention

Active accounts are retained as long as the account exists. Deleted accounts are purged after 30 days. Backups are rotated every 90 days.
